HOW TO ORDER:
An order form is included with this catalogue and is a new form will be shipped to you
with each order. Order by mail - using a check, money order, Mastercard or Visa. You may also order by
telephone using Mastercard or Visa. Sorry, we are unable to accept C.O.D. orders. Because most
items are made to order, we must receive credit approval before we begin cutting. For that reason,
you may find that your credit card payment has been processed 2-3 weeks before you receive your
order. Please do not alarmed. It only means that your order is being made, and will be shipped
shortly.
DELIVERY TIME:
These garments are made to order, and quality production takes 2-4 weeks from the time
we receive an order in our office. Please choose your purchase carefully, using the sizing chart included in this
catalogue to avoid delays for exchanging sizes.
ABOUT OUR FABRICS AND COLORS
We use a fine quality interlock knit, which is smoother and slightly heavier than typical T shirt fabric.
All knits are 100% cotton, and our vibrant colors are produced with low-toxicity dyes. We have added a new
"Latex-free" icon to help you find safe clothing if latex allergy is a concern. Our garments are carefully
constructed to withstand frequent use and laundering. All are made in the USA. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO PRODUCE
ORDERS IN OTHER COLORS OR PRINTS.
ARE YOU WONDERING WHY WE DON'T HAVE A TOLL-FREE NUMBER?
We tried an 800 number, but found that fewer than 10% of our customers
ordered by phone. Because additional overhead expenses ultimately add to
the cost of the clothing, we felt it unfair to expect all our customers
to pay more for their clothing to subsidize a service used by so few. We
hope you agree that our decision to hold down the cost of our products
is in the best interest of all our customers.
